How to edit student/parent details

    in Student Medical Record

    Maybe you want to change a student’s tracker or perhaps add them to a new group. Perhaps you need to change a parent’s email address. It’s easy to edit personal information like that from either the Student Medical Record or the Student Health Tracker.

    • Step-by-Step Instructions
    Go to Front Desk.

    Go to Student Medical Record.

    Click Edit in the User Details box.

    Edit the information displayed for the student and click Save Student.

    Click Edit in the User Details box.

    Edit the information for the parent by clicking on the parent’s name.

    You can also resend the welcome email, archive and reset password and finally click Save Parent.

    Go to Front Desk.

    Click Student Health Tracker.

    Enter a student’s last name for the filter Search Student Medical Record and click Search.

    Click Edit in the User Details box.

    Edit the information displayed for the student and click Save Student.
