The Prescription Tracker allows you to manage all of the data for medications given at school. Ensuring that a doctor has signed a form and getting the administration details into a charting format can both be performed on one convenient screen.

    • Step-by-Step Instructions
    Go to Front Desk.

Click on the icon for Prescriptions.

Click on View next to red circle.

Click on the title of the form in the upper left portion of the screen. The image of the document will then appear in the right portion of your screen.

Click the Approve/Reject button to get to the Reviewer Portal and follow the instructions as outlined in the Student Health Tracker guide.

You may have to click Yes to the question, Do you take any medications? in order to move to the next step.

Begin adding the prescription medication details.

The only required fields for you to complete are the Medication Name and Type of Medication.

Once you have entered all of the information that you would like to see in the daily schedule, click either Save or Save and Add Another.

When done adding all details, click Close in the middle left portion of the screen.

How to make sure medications are listed in the medication schedule
In order for a medication to show up in the daily schedule, it is important to click off a box for What times the medication is given. If it is a PRN, click off Other Time and put PRN in the text box.

It is also important to ensure that the Medication End Date has the correct year associated with it. If it shows an expired year, it will not appear in the schedule for charting.
