How to Send Welcome Emails

    This article will explain how to send Welcome Emails to parents or students in bulk or one by one.

    • Step-by-Step Instructions
    Sending Mass Welcome Emails
    1. Hover over your name.
    2. Choose Admin.
    3. Choose Parents, Faculty or Students depending on what type of account you are logged into. If you are in a student account that has parents, choose parents.
    4. Set the date in the top left corner based off of when the users were added. You will want to make sure the date is set far back enough to capture all of the newly added parents, faculty or students.
    5. Once the number in red reflects the number of emails need to be send choose Send Welcome Emails.

    Sending Individual Welcome Emails
    1. Hover over your name.
    2. Choose Admin.
    3. Choose Parents, Faculty or Students depending on what type of account you are logged into. If you are in a student account that has parents, choose parents.
    4. Type in the name of the parent, faculty or student you are looking to send the welcome email to in the search or scroll to find the individual.
    5. Once you locate the individual choose Resend Welcome Email.
