How to Create Compliance Reports

Almost every school generates immunization compliance reports for their state in the fall. What was once a tedious, time consuming task is now a quick, streamlined process via the various immunization reports available to you.

    • Step-by-Step Instructions
    Go to Front Desk.

Click on the icon for Immunizations.

You can run an overall Compliance or Noncompliance report for the school.

Under the heading, Search by Compliance, select Compliance Report or Noncompliance Report.

You can run Compliance/Noncompliance reports for each individual immunization type.

Under the heading, Search by Immunization, select the immunization type.

In the second filter, select Immunization Compliance or Immunization Noncompliance Report and click Search.

If you need to communicate with all parents on this list, you can do so by clicking Send Mass Email.

This will allow you to customize a message to the parents and yet ensure it goes to each parent privately and individually – they will not see any other parent’s email address upon receipt of your email.

You may also export the search results into an Excel spreadsheet. You can do so by filtering what you would like a report on and clicking search. When brought to the results page, you can click either Create Report or View Reports in the top right corner. You will then be brought to a new page where there will be a Download button under Actions.
