Treatment Notes reporting is essential for every school. Whether you need a quick summary of notes created within a given time period… to perhaps finding out how many students presented with a particular problem – finding the information you need will be quick and efficient.
Go to Treatment Notes.
You will now have 5 options:
Using Date Search, modify the filter option as needed and click Search.
The resulting report will outline visits within the selected time period by template, number of notes written for each template, and the total and average duration of visits.
Most Common displays the common reason(s) that were selected for that template.
These reasons only display if there is a Check In dropdown list (such as Reasons for Visit) associated with your template. If there is a tie between multiple reasons, you will have an option to view more.
Frequency is the number of times the Most Common list value was selected.
