How to send Immunization Mass Emails

    Quick and efficient communication with parents is always necessary – especially if you need to notify a large group regarding immunization law changes or a general, personalized reminder that a booster is due for the following school year.

    Go to Front Desk.

    Click on the icon for Immunizations.

    Under the heading, Search by Immunization, select Any Immunizations.

    In the second filter, select Incomplete and click Search.

    If you need to communicate with all parents on this list, you can do so by clicking Send Mass Email.

    This will allow you to customize a message to the parents and yet ensure it goes to each parent privately and individually – they will not see any other parent’s email address upon receipt of your email.

    You may also export the search results into an Excel spreadsheet. You can do so by filtering what you would like a report on and clicking search. When brought to the results page, you can click either Create Report or View Reports in the top right corner. You will then be brought to a new page where there will be a Download button under Actions.

    The results will be emailed to you. Upon receipt of the email, you can further manipulate the data within Excel by using the filter features available in the application.
