How to Share a Medication Administration Internally

    Streamline communication regarding student medications by securely notifying other users of a medication administration through the Communications Center.

    In order to share a Medication administration internally complete the following steps:

    Go to Front Desk

    Click on Prescription

    Go to Medication Schedule at the top right of your Prescription Medication screen

    Select your filters if applicable to find the student you wish to administer medication to

    Select Yes and fill out any necessary details

    Click the Share With Users drop down

    Choose department or Search by name to select desired user you wish to share the information with

    In order to search by name you need to first select a department

    Select Submit at the top of your screen to save the information and share that the medication has been administered
