How to activate a Magnus911 profile

    There may be certain situations that require a school to activate the Magnus911 profile. There may be certain situations in which a student is under emergency care but a Magnus911 card has not been presented.

    • Step-by-Step Instructions
    Go to https://www.magnus911.com/.

    Enter the 16-digit Magnus911 ID.

    You may Enter Location of Patient in the text box provided.

    Click Access Now.

    The profile will be active for 24 hours. After the 24 hours, the student’s Magnus911 16-digit code will need to be re-activated for future possible use.

    • Tips and Tricks

    Once the emergency ID has been successfully authenticated, you will be able to view the student’s Vital Health Record and all other emergency documents. You can also send a message to the emergency contacts and the Vital Health Record can be emailed, faxed or printed.

    How to notify contacts of Magnus911 activation
    Upon activation, all designated emergency contacts will automatically be notified via email and/or text messaging based on the permissions elected in the Vital Health Record. In addition, upon activation, an email will be sent to all school users that are setup to receive an alert.
