How to add a student to the Prescription Tracker

    Some students may start taking a new medication after the start of the school year. Most of the time, parents just drop the permission form off with the medication and do not upload the permission form into Magnus. That is when you will need to do some fancy work to get this student into the Prescription Tracker.

    • Step-by-Step Instructions
    Go to Front Desk.

    Go to Student Health Tracker.

    Search By Student and click Search.

    The Answer Details will state Not Applicable for the Prescription Medication Form.

    You will need to scan and save the document to your computer before completing the next step.

    Click on the icon to Upload the form.

    Choose File, search documents for the appropriate file name, open, upload record, close.

    This student will now appear in the Prescription Tracker.

    Follow the instructions for How to review and input prescriptions.
