How to select users for VHR and Magnus911 alerts

    When a student’s Vital Health Record is updated, Alerts will send a daily email list of section updates to selected users. Alerts will only be sent regarding students whose Vital Health Record has been approved.  Users who are selected to receive the alert emails only receive alerts for students they have access to. When a student’s Magnus 911 card is activated, alerts will be sent to selected users, but only for the students they have access to.

    Go to Admin Dashboard.

    Find Alerts in the drop down list.

    To select users for VHR and/or Magnus911 alerts, click the respective View/Edit link. You’ll be able to view the current set-up.

    Drag and drop, or use the arrows, to add and remove users from the alerts list.

    Click Save to record your changes.
